  1. Cliff,
    1. I would appreciate reading a review of Landon when you’ve read it.
    2. Have fun with JVN vol. 1; it is hard work reading but some of the articles are quite good, esp. Bauckham, Bockmuehl, Enns, Deines and Seifrid.
    3. On sources of 2 Peter/Jude, alot has been done. I think the best option is that 2 Peter follows Jude.
    4. On leaving dispensational convictions behind; be careful what company you say that in, in your circles. Some friends of mine who are MTS grads converted from pre- to post-trib, and found themselves ostracized by their own ala marter (or however you say that American thing for grad club).
    5. I look forward to your posts on Jude.

  2. Landon’s study on Jude is interesting, especially seeing as how he uses the rigorous eclectic method.

However, I think that Tommy Wasserman showed the flaws and inconsistencies of Landons choices of variants in his own dissertation: “The Epistle of Jude: Its text and transmission.”
